Matae’s latest Change Workspace release v3.0 delivers major enhancements across stakeholder management, engagement, surveys, reporting, and benefits tracking making it easier to plan, execute, and measure change at scale.
Stronger stakeholder and group management
Stakeholder management has received a major upgrade:
- Project Teams and Sponsors now support bulk edits and clearer visibility of roles and associated changes.
- Comms Only Groups, Internal Impacted Groups, and Change Champions feature redesigned card and table views, advanced member search, and simple archive/restore controls.
- External Impacted Groups now include an improved persona editor for faster updates.
These changes make it significantly easier to manage large, complex stakeholder networks.
Engagement planning, connected end-to-end
Engagement planning is now more tightly integrated with Communication Strategy:
- A new Comms Strategy view in the Engagement Planner displays upcoming Comms Strategy elements.
- Engagement activities can be created directly from the strategy and automatically populated with the audience, timing, and channels.
- Engagement tracking shows progress against your Comms Strategy.
Surveys: greater flexibility and insights
Surveys have been comprehensively redesigned:
- A new unified Surveys workspace with clear Open, Scheduled, Draft, Closed, and Archived views.
- Powerful bulk actions, copying, test sends, flexible audience targeting, and controlled editing after send.
- A completely refreshed Survey Results experience, including results by stakeholder group and location, detailed delivery tracking, and post-send updates to survey details and messaging.
This gives you full visibility from survey design through to adoption insights.
Benefits Accelerator: measure what matters
The Benefits Accelerator has been significantly enhanced:
- Expanded Lagging and Leading Indicators with guided, two-step data entry.
- Clear separation of metrics, measurement approaches, interventions, and reporting.
- Bulk actions and direct linking between leading and lagging indicators for stronger benefits realisation tracking.
